We support mission-driven groups to be more effective and increase their impact. Through strategic insight, process improvement, and capacity-building, we transport potential into progress.
Our founder, Amany Alhadka, launched Alnawa in 2020 after years of being approached by leaders who excelled at driving change but needed guidance on building
and managing the back-end of their organization.
With deep experience across global context, Amany began offering strategic organizational solutions tailored to the needs of founders and growing teams, supporting them to lead with clarity and confidence.
